Where are you located, and what are your hours?
We are at 306 Boston Road, Unit N1, in North Billerica, MA. We are open Monday through Friday 11am to 8pm, Saturday 11am to 8:30pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Give us a call at (978) 294-2114 if you have a quick question.
Do you buy, sell, and trade?
Yes, that is what we do best. Bring your items in and we will make you a fair offer in cash or store credit. You can put credit toward anything in the shop.
What kinds of things do you buy?
New and retro video games and consoles, trading cards from TCG to sports, new and vintage toys, and pop culture collectibles. If you are not sure whether we take something, just ask.
Do you buy entire collections?
We do. Single items or whole collections, nothing is too big or too small. For a large collection, give us a call ahead of time so we can make sure someone is ready to help you.
Do you test used games and consoles before selling them?
Yes. Everything used is tested before it goes out on the floor, so what you take home actually works.
Do you repair game consoles?
We do, on both retro and modern systems, from HDMI ports and disc drives to controller drift and deep cleans. We also resurface scratched discs. Stop in or call and we will take a look and give you a straight answer on what it needs.
What kind of trading cards do you carry?
Pokémon and other trading card games alongside sports cards, in singles, packs, and sealed product. Our cases turn over constantly, so it is worth checking back.
Can I shop with you online?
Yes. Our full lineup runs on eBay, with weekly auctions and Buy It Nows shipped to your door. You can also follow our Facebook and Instagram, where we post new arrivals and trades as they land.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major cards in store. If you have a question about a specific payment method, give us a call.
What is your return policy?
Stop in or give us a call and we will take care of you. Bring your receipt and we will make it right.
